Jerry specializes in forecasting, equity fundraising, cash flow diagnosis and solutions, and strategic advisement.
CFO & Systems Advisor
Troy Skabelund has served as CFO and Systems Expert for organizations of all sizes and industries for over 20 years. He specializes in systems with experience in both proprietary and 3rd party solutions. Prior to joining Preferred CFO, Troy served as CFO for private and public companies, including 12 years at the Walt Disney Company.

David Guyaux brings over 25 years' experience as CFO, VP of Finance, and Controller roles in public and private enterprises. BJ Mendenhall is a CFO with over 30 years of experience in the financial expertise industry. He has extensive experience developing financial strategies for profitability in public, private, and venture capital owned companies. Amber Spek has over 20 years of financial experience in multiple industries, including healthcare, banking, internet security, manufacturing, and technology.
